I have had my dinner.

For present perfect tense the formula you use is SUBJECT + HAVE/HAS + PAST PARTCIPLE. Example; I have had my dinner. The subject is I + have + had (past participle). For past perfect tense the formula is SUJECT + HAD + PAST PARTICIPLE. Example I had had my dinner. The subject is I + had + had (past participle).

Present Perfect:
I have taken my dinner.
I have had my dinner.
Mimi has moved to London.

Past Perfect:
I had taken my dinner.
I had had my dinner.
